Speaking of Newport, had dinner around the area at Fashion Island, saw a $300k+ car!

We’ve house-hacked previously and rent out one of our homes in Canada; however, we find the nearby Michigan market to be a lot more BRRRR friendly and would like to purchase at least 10 cash flowing properties there in the next five years.In the past few months we’ve totally immersed ourselves in real estate investment education: podcasts during our commutes, articles on breaks, discussions at dinner, books during the evenings, and falling asleep to HGTV home reno shows.

I will feast on Humble Pie for dinner.

Please roast me if you think I’m way off(I’m the young eager lad) -Talk to people who own and invest in apartments(I.e. phone call, take them to dinner, meet on bp)-find a market to start looking in-decide wether or not if I want or need a partner- find a commercial agent-decide my price range and asset class -Narrow down what I’m looking forHow many units Repairs Cap x and if I can lower the costs Possible forced appreciation.

I'd be willing to answer their questions on an open public forum such as this as that added exposure brings me value but coffee & an irrelevant sum of $20 per day doesn't bring any value to me.Rick forgive me I forgot his first name. he did a lot of posts on how to do probate.. but when you went to his websitehe had a price list.... buy rick a cup of coffee   500.00   3 hour consult 1500 .00 so on and so forth.I did a little of the hey I would like to buy you lunch when I first got on BP .. guess who ended up paying  ( that's right me I would see the puppy dog look so I would pick up the tab) now I might do it once a month or less but I meet at whole foods buy my own coffee and make sure its in my daily routine between my bank and home.. and I am buying what I am going to eat for dinner.. 

Start getting in touch with them and have lunch, dinner or drinks with them to catch up.

That is why they always call during family dinner time!   

I'll DM you and maybe we can get the wives together and have dinner one night, on me.   

But seriously, take this guy/girl to dinner and make a deal man!!
