If you are a Cowboy fan and have to go to the bar to watch, that would be aggravating.

I have called few RE lawyer in western NY today most of them are asking me to use the county bar association RE contract to send to seller instead of the one or two page standard purchase & sale agreement.

Do I take advantage of the area's growth and since also can be used commercially perhaps rebuild a place of business such as a bar or restaurant?
