RE Lawyer wants me to send sellers info to draft sale aggrement

Hi there guys, newbie here trying to wholesale a lead. I have called few RE lawyer in western NY today most of them are asking me to use the county bar association RE contract to send to seller instead of the one or two page standard purchase & sale agreement. Since i am not familiar in those 13 pages contract it will delay me coz i have to study those technical terms inside the contract. And almost all attorney wants me to send the seller info as well and they will draft the contract for me. That means i have to give the sellers info which i am not comfortable with. If i give those info to a lawyer, is it possible they can go behind my back and work directly with the seller, but not sure though? In case it happens it would be unfair for me coz i work hard in getting those leads (motivated sellers). Let me know your thoughts.. What's your opinion to this issue? Thank you guys.

OK, I understand that you are somewhat scared. Everyone has been for their first deal. But it you start to doubt even your attorney you should not be in this business. There is a risk in everything, but I doubt that your attorney would go behind your back  to steal your deal. Unless, of course, you have chosen the most unethical attorney on the block. Take a leap of faith and get into action.
