I am part of Steve cooks mastermind group.

A really quality company that we have masterminded with and shared best practices between us since 2010/2011.  

One thing I have known to help investors find a great lender is to go to local mastermind groups or investing meetups to chat with other investors.

Lot of people on this forum are part of Scott Carson's mastermind group and share a lot of information. 

We started meeting and discussing ways of investing our savings (and our master mind group begins) and of course real estate is at the top of everyones list.

Being part of a mastermind group such as the Jake and Gino community is also another solid choice to educate yourself on everything multifamily.
