It's the Christmas-miracle-God-send-hallelujah-unicorn of GSE-backed loans.

James, the project is still ongoing as we hit the Christmas recess and Miami (being a Latin American country) stops working altogether during that time.  

Last year I was signing deals the night before Christmas.

Some would say that only applies to institutional types but the reality is that low rates and returns have pushed the instis out beyond trophy properties in core gateway markets (Boston, NYC, DC, LA, San Francisco and Seattle (on a good day people will admit to Seattle).

I, the Leasing Agent and my husband maintenance we decorate for the holidays, give tenants "treats"  Easter, Valentines, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas we Love our investment. 

Would love to share with you our personal app - my husband built a personal finances tracker app as a pet project for us (hellofin.app) and it sends me a text every time money goes in or out of our accounts, and we can add a tag to it (like "christmas gifts" rather than the generic bank terms "shopping").

To me, it isn't worth sacrificing that Christmas dinner with family.My brother wanted to get started and wanted to partner up.

It's only been two weeks & your in between Thanksgiving & Christmas.

I will be closing just before Christmas.
