I am curious about where I can find a list of properties to wholesale.Also, I would love to know if there are more people in Indiana that does wholesale.Any advice would be greatly appreciated  :)    if Property Radar works in your market this is an excellent subscription the most robust I know of.

Hi Jonah,I got tired spreadsheets too but most accounting programs were to robust and costly for what I needed. 

Some pointers I’m happy to share, being from Spain: - the Camino has a robust and growing base of 300k+ peregrinos annually with avg spend of ~1,000€ back in 2016 - pricing and services offered vary broadly, nightly rates can swing from “la voluntad” (whatever you can) to 100€+ per night with spa etc. - competition for accommodation can be fierce, esp near Galicia (lessens as you move away along the 7+ official caminos).

During my search I've been intrigued by Vegas due it's robust population growth and recent wave of development with the new sports teams on the way.

Check online at the county site to be sure they are licensed and insured..tell them you will have a written contract... no handshake deals....do not deal in cash it messes up your accounting really fast...tell them you will match up every receipt you get with materials on the job...lastly I have had good contractors who all the sudden be it  the drugs or alcohol or whatever kicked in and then they just stopped being good and ripped me off so references are ok but just be aware some of these guys change seemingly overnight
