Nothing major, but perhaps changing some of the harshness of the language in some places and adding a few sections. 

I don't know about where you are, but there are some tenant-friendly areas with harsh laws regarding timely return of security deposit. 

I later figured out that the soap/shampoo over time reacts chemically with the copper line and corrodes it.That is all I can come up with at the moment, but gives you a few more ideas before you open up walls.

If you put them in and did not do your job properly, then this is your fault and I would not advise quitting since I believe everyone should clean up their own messes and learn whatever they can from themI'm not trying to sound harsh or belittle you.

Seems harsh but you want your earnest money held by a title company that you know and have worked with since they will ultimately return your funds in a timely fashion should you, for any reason, not close.2.

But in places like DC where winters aren't as unforgiving, an especially harsh winter can sink sales when locals aren't used to dealing with that much cold.
