Thanks for all the suggestions! I am thinking about updating a few areas in a future edition. Nothing major, but perhaps changing some of the harshness of the language in some places and adding a few sections.

@Ryan Luby - I actually did have a bunch of stuff on mindset in the first few iterations of the book, but I took them all out - I figured that the average reader of this type of book would understand the benefits behind financial freedom and be much more interested in the HOW - I really only mention the WHY for 2-3 pages in the intro and bit later on between the sections on increasing income and developing an investment approach. Interesting that you think there should be more of that!

@Justin Foster - Yep - I think it's a shame that people get pigeon-holed into thinking that wealth building is all about income, all about frugality, all about real estate, all about index funds, all about entrepreneurship, or all about side-hustles. Wealth building in my opinion is about an approach that involves all of those things, and the combination that is appropriate for you depends on your situation. Set for Life is for the median income earner starting with little to no assets. For that guy, with no money, no time, and no investible liquidity, simple saving and frugality are going to be what he's got to start with in the short-term. But as rapidly as possible, he's got to begin layering in the other areas of wealth building where appropriate!
