Hi everyone I am new to the neighborhood. I am in Queens New York. New to real estate as well, I am an investor. Looking for some advice. I signed up for a real estate class and got into some debt doing it because I didn’t have cash. Now I wanted to try and do some business but I don’t has any cash for a closing. What could I do? Also has anyone been wholes selling in New York City. An attorney told me it was illegal. Please help!

You need cash to do real estate. Anyone who tells you otherwise is likely trying to make money off you.

I suggest you stop these actions until you have your own cash
