I had looked at a couple of places with the limited time I have but no fruit yet.

I am in the stage of looking for capital partners myself and at times it feels like it is never going to work but I can already see the fruits of my labor as some of the people I have been talking to become more comfortable with the idea of investing with me!

That includes taking all the trash (no trash pickup at the lake) doing all the laundry and  making the beds.Been using her for about 1.5 years now.She loves cleaning our house because it isn't cluttered like someones personal home.We always get excellent feedback on how clean our house is.If you go with an individual you don't have the additional markup that a company has.Disadvantage is that we have all our eggs in one basket and that if something happened to her we would have to scramble to find someone else.

You already have a great basket. 

Recommend buying a basket of goodies to show appreciation.

I don't recommend anyone putting all their eggs in the STR basket.

From my perspective and what I see in the wholesale realm  those that do pretty good at it have a fairly large cash burn rate for marketing.So you risk your capital and it does not bear fruit can you afford to do that. ?
