Best foreclosure site

I always use Zillow, then narrow the search to foreclosures only. Is this still the best way to find foreclosures without paying a fee to HUD USA or others.. I also have been known to call a few Banks but that has never been fruitful. I also have a real estate agent I work with that keeps his eye out but I have found more than he has, as far as foreclosures. thank you for any information

@Tina Trussoni Like mentioned already PropStream is extremely useful but it's $1200 per year. It pays for it's self if you can find a property worth buying. Zillow is useless for finding deals. Just my 2 cents. You're not finding foreclosures because they don't exist. It was hyped up last year by YouTubers and bloggers saying the markets would shift and foreclosures would be everywhere. In real life there's very few out there. Home owners are sitting on equity and it's easier than ever to sell. Go to a local tax sale and find out for yourself. I attended a tax sale virtually three months ago and about 14 properties sold.

14 TOTAL. The auction lasted 10 mins.
