I feel like replacing the stove after 6 months is a little unreasonable.

I expect the ARV to be closer to $700k (which isnt unreasonable on my neighborhood) after the purchase price of $400k and $100k in the renovation.

It really is the only way to be sure.OK, that's unreasonable unless you're renting from a little self-managing DIY guy like me, but you should NEVER worry about asking anybody renting a property to unequivocally prove that they own it/have the right to rent it out to you.Any landlords, property managers, or agents who would take offense to this request these days and are unwilling to make every effort/go the extra mile to establish their identities are very likely not legit.In the very small eventuality that you do find someone who is for real AND takes offense at a request to prove their identity, well, you're dealing with a moron.

Buying low is hugely important, but a seller is not being unreasonable capitalizing of potential value add.

The real estate agent can work to smooth over the negotiations - ok what things are really important to you that we repair vs give credit for, but if you don’t ask them to engage especially if you feel like they’re working against you like by acting like your requests are unreasonable, then you should ask them to Forward the written requests.

I can't imagine that the legal system would view "neighbor complaints" as constituting an "unreasonable accommodation".
