I dont have many units but I am trying to simplify and automate my airbnb's and also list them in different plataforms.Does anybody have any good experience with Chanel Managers, it would be good to have some automate calendars, mesaging, distribution etc.I see there are many, some of them really expensive but it they guarianty having the places full with a simplified system I would jump into it.Does anybody has a good experience with any of these, or one I didnt include in the list?

J Scott - That's a fair statement . . . that said, Karen M. the addition of new moderators is all part of Project Simplify (read the post and you'll get the idea).

I'm a Marcus Lemonis Homer and firmly believe he simplifies things a lot - 3 P's - People, Process and Product - we had a good product, ok people and 1 great one when we took over - now have all Great People, and our processes are WAY better - they sucked at first - still have some process work to correct but we have turned a 180. 

I do have a close friend who is a realtor if that would be a lever to pull on to help simplify...Appreciate any guidance.

You could hire a property manager to help, but it's like hiring a manager for your small business - it does help simplify and scale, but it doesn't mean you can turn your back.

Just had our first baby and looking to simplify my life a little so taking the equity and doing something back in Georgia is tempting .

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

That is overly simplified, but that's how most of us do it.
