My recommendation would be:
1. Check out paperstac and other sites online
2. Reach out to all servicers to see (lists in the forum of servicers who deal with NPL's).
3. Check out some FB groups as well.
4. I believe in this forum I posted 25+ places where you can buy notes from sellers.
Make sure to have your buy box defined, are you buying firsts or seconds, what price point...
