The Mission and purpose of Next Gen REI Club of Spokane is to provide education, information, mentorship and networking to further its member’s real estate investment goals.

One in San Diego county that was used to get all of the equity out to purchase a San Diego (mission beach) beach duplex (so because we needed the cash to purchase another San Diego REI) and a beautiful duplex in Gulf Shores Alabama because it was too difficult for us to own long distance and had turned into a non cash flow property due to increases in taxes and insurance.

I love the auxiliary income topic and have taken it on as a life mission.

At first, we try to save the tenancy by meeting with the tenants and explaining our mission, vision and values again.

I'm treating my first meeting with him more as a fact finding mission because I know none of the numbers so far. 

I am a millennial and plan to focus the flips and content on helping other young people get into real estate investing, so if I could find a millennial contractor to partner with, that would be ideal for the mission.
