The bigger its is the lower the build cost per square foot should be.

The $ per square foot isnt the most accurate way to do it, but it can be a good ballpark. 

There is a nice yard in the front and a big yard in the back, there are tall fences on both sides of the back, and a shorter 5 foot chain link fence on the back fence that backs up to an drainage ditch/alley(residential area). 

@Guy GimenezTo us here in the Bay Area the “exodus” is like Big Foot, people have only heard of the exodus but no one has really seen it.

Just 4 years ago no one would touch Schenectady with a 100 foot pole but so much has happened in the last 4 years since the Casino.

At $150-$200 per squre foot for new construction it is economically impossible to build a single family home within most Milwaukee neighborhoods and obtain bank finanzing for it - it would not appraise out.

Got a 1,300 sq foot 3/2 house with a one car garage for 80k and appraised for 118k.
