Looking for Experience 1031 Intermediary in NJ
Looking for recommendation for a 1031 Intermediary.
The property that I'm selling is in NJ, and I'm looking to exchange for one or more properties in TX. A question I have is, does it matter what location is the 1031 Intermediary based in?

@Estee D., It really doesn't matter. Aside from a very few state to state nuances the 1031 is performed the exact same no matter where you are. And I''ll be almost half of our exchanges start in one state and end in another anyway. Any QI that has demonstrated experience and a national foot print will be able to help you out. Their demonstrated ability and responsiveness to you is far more important than their physical location.
I'd like to send you pm (of course :)
