LOL That's a good one Chris.My clients I meet one on one in person for lunch or dinner or if they are out of state or the country we e-mail, talk on the phone, occasionally Skype, etc.These REIA's just seem like pitch fests in some cases as mentioned to extract money from newbies.

I am genuinely curious if its considered acceptable protocol.Your advice may be practical, but its kind of like suggesting people take their wives to dinner and deduct as a business expense.
