@Larry Fried Well darn it I wish I knew about turnkey reviews before I started investing.

I would recommend you look for free resources online and check out some of the wholesaling gurus out there like Sean Terry, Todd Toback, Stephanie Davis, John Cochrane, Larry Goins, Cameron Dunlap, Kent Clothier, Ron Legrande, etc. and read through their free materials.

The reason I like larry is that he mentioned the E-Myth from micheal gerber. www.emyth.com hope this helps some.

A rather interesting gateway book for this niche (if you are thinking smaller multifamily) is the aptly titled Investing in Duplexes, Triplexes and Quads by Larry Loftis.
