Business Plan?

I'm planning on investing through an LLC, but I am having trouble with a business plan. I know what I WANT to do (buy, hold, and rent) but putting it into a format that is presentable, while addressing what I want to accomplist has me a bit stymied.

Is there any examples floating around that aren't a fill in the blanks software program? I'm thinking that such a genaric approach isn't the best one to be taking.
