There can always be detailed sessions and perhaps one on ones but I myself would like an "Art of the Deal" course....a A-to-Z blueprint of a deal from beginning to end and how a neophyte can follow the blueprint and apply it for themselves along with some resources they can go to and use.

Sorting my list by last name allows me to set my list up to start my campaign starting with last name that begin with Z (Everyone starts with "A" and very rarely make it to "Z") so I get a great response.As far as addressing the envelope, you can honestly just pick either name and send it to them, i.e.

If you do single her out like this, and she can prove that your intent was to purposefully get rid of her and her ESA (this thread certainly helps her case if she comes across it), then you're partaking in the exact discrimination that the ADA prohibits, and you're looking at a potential lawsuit.The way I see it, younger generations (millennials and gen Z) are very attached to their animals and treat them more as family that past generations have, and landlords and owners are smart to begin to come up with ways to allow animals, and even monetize.
