Why Investor friendly Real Estate Agents?

I see lots of post on Investors Friendly Realtors request from investors. First of all, do search the forum before posting it. That's general common sense to avoid duplicate post of the same thing and you will also find old post with great sources as times.

It's good to see Investor specifically seeking for Investor friendly Real Estate agents. But when someone contacts you or pings you back, how do you know they are really Realtor friendly?

Do you have criteria or questions to ask them to filter through?

What's your main purpose and goal in looking for one?

I would say, if you don't have one define them and make sure you vet them out. There are 37,000 agents in Houston market and everyone is looking for good client to make their next deal. It's up to you to filter out the right one to cater to your need. Whether they are talking investor language, offering faster service instead making you wait 2 days to make an offer while the offer is already gone. Whether they have access to NON MLS properties? Whether they know how structuring rental portfolio works etc., There is so much when it comes to Investor friendly instead of just saving few bucks.

Think about it and make the right choice when you decide to work with your Realtor who can help break or make your passive portfolio dream.

There are always discussions on FB regarding what it means to be "investor friendly". People constantly post on FB asking for  investor friendly handyman, investor friendly PM, investor friendly mortgage broker, investor friendly electrician, investor friendly foundation company, etc.., it means just one thing to those who ask the question, that is "Cheap".
