Was just on my monthly mastermind call tonight and one of the guys has a property for sale in a lower level neighborhood (not D, really an ok C) because he was tired of replacing HVAC units from them (or the copper in them) being stolen.

I'm hoping to be able to create a little mastermind group.

Join a mastermind group or local REIA so that you are around like minded people who will challenge and push you to achieve your goals.

Also a Mastermind meetup (REIM) that you can google or find on meetup.com.

@Thomas Gagnon, there is a seacoast REI group which has started recently, reach out to @Anthony Cennami or @Raymond McGill.There is also a Nashua group, you can find them on Facebook or meetup under NH Real Estate Investor Mastermind. 

I am looking to join or create a type of mastermind group where we have regular google hang outs with accountability to learn about and acquire apartments complexes.

Any idea which Mastermind group I should join?
