One of my tenants is a section 8 renter in Austin, TX.The inspection was a hard step, we had to provide the fridge which we usually don't in our rentals.And even when we showed them the comps, they didn't approve our rent amount, the tenant agreed to pay the difference.I don't know in what condition she is going to leave the property.
