Salem has its crime but I feel pretty good about where I am because its a pretty clean block and very well lit being surrounded by a courthouse, assisted living high rise, and a church across the street.

I do it more because I see their need.If I do not hear from anyone, I will contact some churches and community services to host them... however, I thought there is such a need of house sitters in tough areas that are willing to live in any condition and are going to protect your house, that it might be a win win win for someone from BP to catch this house sitter

My inspiration is the success my father had in Real Estate, considering he came from absolutely nothing and risking it all coming to America (literally lived in a room he shared with my uncle that they rented from a friend they made through a church in Los Angeles, CA).
