Finding buyer's for Owner finance and lease option deals

I sell most of my deals with owner finance or lease options. I know how to drum up buyers for these kinds of deals, but I am tired of it and don't enjoy talking to the crowd in order to find the right buyer. I don't want to list the properies because the realtor walks away with a BIGGER part of the down payment than these kinds of deals to justify since I may never really get my sell price in real cash. It seems when I get a couple of houses I need to sell,  I stop buying while I find a buyer which kills momentum. How can I fix this part of my business? I like getting deals under contract to buy but selling is what I dread.
