Chose my property based on these things: -Borders national forest-Gorgeous instagram worthy rock formations on property-No direct neighbors-15 minutes from popular fishing spot, OHV trails, and gas station-Power and telephone at property linePicked it up for 22K off market, structure needs some beautification, there's already an outhouse, minimal setup required.

Having to comb though all of your personal transactions to fish out the real estate ones can be a big time water.

@Daniel Nobile…since they may use the home themselves from time to time, they want something more with lakes, hiking trails, and water sports to include fishing/crabbing.

Chattanooga actual had terrible air pollution not that long ago and so the mayor and residents wanted to do something about it and they turned the city into a clean city and has since become a haven for mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, etc.  

There are bigger fish to fry.

Hey bud, I'd recommend searching on LinkedIn for some small fish in a really big pond at some of the larger companies. 

Marketing, Facebook is where most investors fish for deals.

I've seen people build a panel on the side of a stackable closet just to be able to get in to reattach the dryer vent, or fish out errant clothing, etc.
