Plumbing company went back to fix it, they didn't connect dishwasher properly, but at the time of 2nd visit, tenant reported possible mold, had Servpro (Fire/damage restoration company) go out to detect mold and water damage.

Like a new non-lead water pipe from the street into the house, especially when they see you adding extra water service points like a dishwasher, laundry, extra bath that are not there today which may need a large diameter copper water pipe, which can be very expensive to dig up the street etc.

I was able to quickly pickup (from Craigslist or Facebook marketplace) slightly used Microwave, Dishwasher, and other items for a 1/4 of the cost new!
