Plumbing company went back to fix it, they didn't connect dishwasher properly, but at the time of 2nd visit, tenant reported possible mold, had Servpro (Fire/damage restoration company) go out to detect mold and water damage.

Added dishwasher by installing smaller water heaters and moving them in the bathroom out of the kitchen.3.

Including probably 10 frames due to rotnew vinyl siding for the entire building2 kitchens  with new wiring for range microwave dishwasher and refrigerator.2 basic bathrooms. no tile Not sure what type of flooring i should do...

I have tried contacting a local real estate/landlord attorney regarding this issue. 2)  Finishing touch was a simple repair (inspector had pointed out the dishwasher gasket had needed to be replaced).

Regretted going with formica but added white subway tile backsplash & vinyl flooring ($200), scratch & dent fridge ($350), stove ($275), (very dented but repairable) over stove microwave $25 & a dishwasher $125.

Like a new non-lead water pipe from the street into the house, especially when they see you adding extra water service points like a dishwasher, laundry, extra bath that are not there today which may need a large diameter copper water pipe, which can be very expensive to dig up the street etc.

I was able to quickly pickup (from Craigslist or Facebook marketplace) slightly used Microwave, Dishwasher, and other items for a 1/4 of the cost new!
