One of my old boss' started up his own renovation company and we were talking and i mentioned what the family friend said and told him that a new regeneration project is happening now with £2.6M being invested into a sport centre and a new bus system is operating and he proposed that if he can have a look at the house with a surveyor, decide a price then he would split a profit with me after renovation works are done.

I am from KC and have family and friends in the area, follow the sports teams, etc, so part of my plan re: getting into the market there was to create profitable reasons to visit often! 

When I was 16yrs old I was only concerned about what was going on that weekend, sports and girls, and getting my first car.

Host a "favorite sports team" party there and invite the neighbors.

Its in mid Michigan so thoise sports are kinda big there.  

It's almost like the term bandwagon when people follow sports team just because everyone else is following the hype.
