Hey Bigger pockets! I have a few questions to ask about vacation rentals. My brother in-law and I are thinking about jumping in to that market, but we are not sure how the operations work. We don't want to do the work are selves due to the fact that we live a few hours from the rental. Do we get a property management company to take care of it or put it on a site like airbnb then get a cleaning service to  clean it? I guess I'm asking how most people do it?  Also its a lake front property and we will probably rent it out weekly. The lady that owns it now only rents it out for the high demand summer months, do you think if we do the marketing and target fisherman and hunters we could get it rented for the other months at a more discounted rate? Its in mid Michigan so thoise sports are kinda big there.  Let me know what you think and thanks!!
