Hello.

I am very new to real estate and investing in general, but I am planning on moving to Oxford, Mississippi around the end of 2022 or beginning of 2023 and I want to begin my real estate investing journey in Oxford. Any current investors in Oxford that have some good general knowledge of the area that would be willing to talk to me about the area?
