Not all leverage is the same.Leverage is the ability to use other people's cash...for an "expense", that we don't have to pay for.Cash, is the ability of the person we give it to to do what we should have done with it in the first place, at an "exponential cost" to us based on our now lack of opportunity...and that we will be forever paying for.

I never come across that either, but I always used Sub-to to acquire not to sell.
