Termites found in the inspection during closing

Hi everyone,

So kind of bad news on this deal I have under contract. I am doing a BRRRR on a SFH for $77k. Anyway everything checks out but Termite report says "evidence of termites". The seller has agreed to pay for half of the fumigation and tent which is $1300. What do you guys think? Should I push for seller to pay the whole thing? Already came down from $85 asking price? Am I going to run into more problems down the road with this deal. Apparently the inspector did not actually see any termites but again reported evidence. Probably from the tree that overhangs the property because the rest of the foundation is off the ground. The house was built in 1938. I planned to trim back the tree, of course, but other than that I can not see any other source. I just don't want to be buying a problem even after the tent. Any advice or experience would be much appreciated.
