It takes a bit longer, but you have semesters of work placements where you get hands on experience and as importantly make contacts with future employers.We need more tradespeople who are good at what they do. 

Temporary work placement like a traveling nurse or exec setting up a new branch, family coming to help with a newborn grandchild etc etc. 

Our elderly retain a ton of wisdom and experience that could benefit our workplace, society, and even our families.As long as I'm capable of being a productive member of society, I will be working.

Now that many workplaces have shifted to fully remote work, people are moving here because they are not location dependent for their work.

I think this will be an important factor for the region, what the future workplace looks like.
