My Banker also knows my CPA well so there is a huge trust factor when I am securing all my building lines of credit and other facilities form my bank that the CPA is local and known to all.Plus we all go golfing together its team work..

So what I'm looking for:- An app that can also be accessed through my computer (either via an app or online)- Can manage contacts easily and add a lot of info (and why not documents too)- Can create groups- Will synchronize with my address book on my iphone (or any similar app) and other sources (linkedin, facebook, etc)What I don't need is a software for team work or team management, lead management etc..

Just like football, baseball and basketball - or any business you see when driving around - teamwork is very real, very rewarding and very profitable.It creates winners.

All of these efforts (family collection, "performance", ANR, RevPar, Team, Work Collection, that ABB is making feels like they're trying to appease us Superhost's, but it really feels like just a bunch of "fluff".
