Greetings BP,

My name is Antonio. It has been a pleasure to find this site and the quality and volume of information it has. I think its very important to first thank you all for the knowledge you share here. I am fairly new to real estate. I own property in Sunrise, FL and I currently live in Boca Raton, FL.  I bought my first home in 2011 after I finished my service in the US Marine Corps. I was then employed in law enforcement for 5 years, and with the money I was able to save, I have rented my home out with a positive cash flow and I now attend Florida Atlantic University in pursuit of my pre-medical biology degree. My goal here at BP is to expand my real estate experiences. I have had the pleasure to learn and gather experience with my first rental property and I must admit I enjoy it very much. My tenants are great people and I do enjoy the passive income. I feel I still have so much more to learn. I am very interested in creative real estate investing. I have done some reading and come across different ideas such as owner financing, subject to, and lease options. I want to learn ways to get my foot further in the door of real estate investing without a huge down payment. I have built and refined a good work ethic, responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork skills throughout my professional experiences. I hope I can put all that to use in real estate to help others, I just don't know where to really start besides reading books and researching online. Again, it's been a pleasure to find you all and I look forward to us learning and communicating.
