To succeed in hard money lending, know your local market well, value properties accurately, and carefully evaluate borrowers.

Do 5 deal analysis and you will succeed.  

Heck starting your own small business is more likely to succeed.

But, alas, life brought me to another sphere where I managed to succeed.

I see so many trash deals from people who have never flipped a property and they have no concept of why it is even a trash deal.That doesn't mean you can't succeed without item #2.
