@David Pere is there a windward RE group/meetups in Kailua?  

I plan on going to the next local RE group meeting for my area and am excited to meet new people and start growing my network! 

Regroup, fine tune the numbers, make an offer.

I am new to RE investing and would like to get involved with a real estate investment meetup in NW Indiana. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

If the situation gets dire at the folks house, just rent a house and regroup.  

Thought Id introduce myself to this areas local RE group.

If you think GE stocks were low at $20 and found out your timing is off, you will be underwater but will regroup.

One is unlikely to regroup the cost of new construction and can not retail them because of cheap interior.The concentrated apts is the only exception.

Thank you for your response, Eric.I think I'm going to wait a little bit like you said to save up, learn the area, get involved with some RE groups, and make the right decision to get started on the right foot initially.

For me i've had my fair share of struggles especially with getting started & finding the right people to associate myself with, staying focused, staying consistent on things, just being in the right state of mind and putting yourself on the path to success.I Would like to see what other peoples struggles have been in the past Calendar Year, whether your new to real estate or seasoned, what type of issues does anybody face, such as getting started, building relationships, looking for RE Groups to be a part of, looking for a path to go down, maybe issues with properties, even trying to find funding for your deals, anything that has been frustrating you for a while now.
