We all know that it's not easy being in real estate, we all face a lot of challenges each and everyday in whatever we are doing that includes myself. For me i've had my fair share of struggles especially with getting started & finding the right people to associate myself with, staying focused, staying consistent on things, just being in the right state of mind and putting yourself on the path to success.

I Would like to see what other peoples struggles have been in the past Calendar Year, whether your new to real estate or seasoned, what type of issues does anybody face, such as getting started, building relationships, looking for RE Groups to be a part of, looking for a path to go down, maybe issues with properties, even trying to find funding for your deals, anything that has been frustrating you for a while now.
