I’ve tried many and have taken my properties back every time; and I’m local.Air bnb will be extremely complicated without a 24x7 manager and cleaning/maintenance team...we just don’t have these companies in place and certainly not in abundance. 2-Self managing in Buffalo is allowed, but you have to have a local property contact registered with the city of Buffalo rental registry.

in your search keep in mind in NV you MUST be licensed to do hard money loans don't get taken by frauds. who say they can loan in NV and when you check up on them on the NMLS registry they are no where to be seen..

I was told that when skiptracing buyers, it is necessary to run your "Cash-Buyers ListSource List" through the "Do Not Call Registry" if you are going to "Skip-Trace" it and "Cold-Call" the names on such "Cash Buyers ListSource List".Is this the case for skiptracing sellers as well?
