You need to reconstruct it from long time ago though.Alternatively you could use flip->1031->rental->primary route but for that you may have to have some rental income first.

The current climate models leave out the variability of the sun but the last 10 years of satellite data regarding the sun has clearly demonstrated that the sun's variability cannot be assumed to be constant on any relevant time scale from daily to multi century.According to my survey of abstracts that I found by searching google scholar, solar physicists, climatologists, and geologists have found that we are presently well within the natural variability found in the reconstructions of temperature for the last 400k years.

It took several days to dry out before they could start reconstruction which mostly consisted of drywall repair and painting and replacing the carpet pad and re-stretching the carpet it self.

The primary factors that make up your premium are 1) reconstruction costs 2) fire rating 3) coverage levels on liability, separate structures and various endorsements and somewhere in there ( a black box so to speak) is your credit rating.

I know that by talking to an architect or contractor in the county, I can probably get a ballpark estimate for demolition and reconstruction costs.

That being said, legally the only way to do take this on is to rehab it either back into a monster single family vacation rental style home, OR to gut the units of their kitchens and re construct them into bedrooms to make it a group home style facility.
