I have a rental property that i owe 11k on but house is only worth 35k need to do about 10k of work to it.....payment is 200 a month....should i fix and rent or fix to sell......

Try www.homewyse.com to estimate material cost and labor cost. Its what I use to bid handyman jobs in Oklahoma, as it goes by zip code. Youtube videos are indispensible!
