new investor in greater Chicago IL area
I live in the greater Chicago area (western suburbs currently) and would like to network with other investors, both new and experienced. I "flipped" my first house many years ago, and only broke even. That spooked me from doing another one for several years, until my current "buy-and-hold" that tripled. I am now interested in trying another "flip", preferably with a "team" that can provide some guidance. I prefer to stay with the more "cosmetic" rehab properties, not the total rehab "reconstruction" projects that require a lot of expertise and capital.
