@David Fritch Thank you, ethically as a licensed real estate practitioner I inform the other party that I have multiple LOIs but that is just a personal work ethic and not the norm.

However, if you find a fully competent practitioner who you feel totally comfortable with working from a distance (i.e., you know that you can trust them), that can work reasonably well too.
