Noob from Redmond - Seattle, Washington Hello!

Just getting started in real estate investing. My family, parents and grandparents all own properties and I'm starting to get my feet wet by reading and researching the local market. My family owns single family and multi family units. They have bought them and held them for years.

I'm a software engineer by day. I'm excited to have heard about bigger pockets.

@David Lopez Always good to see fellow NW Engineers getting involved in REI. It has been one of the most interesting and fun things I have ever done, and it is extremely rewarding. It is rare to find something that allows you to help people solve their problems, and in return get paid for it. I just received a heartwarming email from a gentleman and his brother that I helped on a pre-foreclosure, and the feeling it gives you knowing you removed such a burden from people is amazing. Good luck to you, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions, and this is the right place to absorb tons of information from.
