I'd face the music that I hear and sell with the tenant and move on, with your money you may have to pay the fiddler some, use the rest, if any, on another property.Another consideration going the other way, use some of you cash to buy another property and let the new one feed this one to hopefully get a cash flow overall.

I'm very certain I've had more students or given instructions to more people than any private music teacher, I know that as my father was a music teacher when I was a kid.I think you just said those who have a gift for teaching others can do so much better with experience in the subject, that's what I was saying as well.Perhaps the flu has you down, get better, but what I said was not directed at you or anyone particularly, no need to be defensive, I left the door open by mentioning the subject matter to be taught.

(This challenge assumes that you know how to compose a letter, keep track of your campaign activity, know when you have a deal, know pretty much what to say when the calls come in, have money available for expenses and so on.)The challenge is pretty simple: Commit to sending out a minimum number of letters each day for at least 3 months.Based on information I've gathered from other wholesalers 1000 letters per month seems to be a good number.
