What would be the best maximum thing to do with this property, not in a subdivision on a main drag 1 mi from interstate?

It is on a main drag in 32221 one mile from interstate.

More access on an off of this interstate is not a real deal changer here since other interchanges are so near already. 

Or certain wordage I need to use to show them that I'm Intersted and they need to take my email seriously.      

What type of real estate investing are you intersted in doing? 

I am thinking about getting a primary residence here in OC with a conventional loan of maybe 5% down or I am also thinking about buying a property outside of OC either in California or inter state as an investment property and putting 20% down.Irrespective of which strategy I end up going with I was hoping you may be able to answer a few questions to help me get some idea of my borrowing capacity right now.I purchased two investment properties outside of California in September last year.

Campgrounds require one of two things to be successful .1-On or close to an interstate highway for over night campers,or2- a destination location,such as beach (me) or mountains.Last is amenities, pool, game rooms,on site laundry etc... biggest mistake you can make is put all your money in spaces  and nothing built to attract campers!
