Emailing brokers

I found a property I'm interested in, I wanted to find out what is the right way to contact the broker. For example I sent out an email introducing my self and asking for the numbers on the property. It's a duplex around Serrasota FL, I asked for property tax, HOA, property management etc. Is there anything else I should include? Or certain wordage I need to use to show them that I'm Intersted and they need to take my email seriously.

   Thank you

I would always recommend having an agent represent you on the buy side vs dual agency.

It looks like you are looking buy out of state? If so maybe you could ask an agent you know in your state for a referral.
