I got distracted (had 2 kids) but now I'm back.

Been wanting to write this for a while, but got distracted with my buy and hold houses.

In my opinion, licensing presents a whole different set of incentives which can serve to distract you, and confuse your sellers.  

It's easy to get distracted when you try to look at everything.Keep in mind that just because you live in Murrieta, doesn't mean you have to invest in Murrieta.

Unless it's the deal of a lifetime, I'd say focus on your goal and don't let anything distract you from that.

I feel like this is an absurd smoke screen for something else that Wynn is cooking up to screw us all at the benefit of her inner circle... or a distractions from the other billions of dollars she's wasted and illegal practices she's had swept under the rug.I'd better stop talking politics before things get out of hand.

Seems like the broker either felt you were somewhat cryptic with your investment activities, could get distracted or doesn't want the headache of having to monitor and scrutinize your activities.

Though if you want to live on a budget, Staten Island is probably better as there are fewer distractions.
