Is it worth getting a RE sales license in central Florida

In a year I plan to move to Fl and work on my real estate agent license. Since I'll be new in the area, I'm hoping to work as re agent in order to get familiar with the market. I plan on using my license to support my buy and hold sfh strategy. What I don't know is if the cost to maintain the RE license in central FL less than the savings in purchasing 1 house per year? Can someone provide feedback. Thank you

Get your license, or at least get the education. I have found many sellers prefer to deal with an agent and many have stated it is because we are held to a higher standard. At some point, if you don't want to maintain it, put it into an voluntary inactive status.
